The Last of Us Episode 8 Guest Cast
Scott Shepherd as David
Co-creator Neil Druckmann has released a new graphic suggesting David (Scott Shepherd) will meet a fiery end. Those who have played the video game series The Last of Us will recognize David as a major opponent during the game’s winter season. In The Last of Us episode 8, David is preaching to the congregation while carrying what looks like a Bible. Behind the leader hangs a banner with a biblical saying, alluding to his potential new duty as a preacher. It’s true that David played a significant part in the game’s Winter chapter, but his newfound status as a religious leader is exclusive to HBO’s adaptation. Someone who has figured out how to survive in their own unique way, albeit a quite unpleasant one.
Troy Baker as James
It’s worth noting that Troy Baker, who voices Joel in the games, also lends his voice to one of David’s group members.
