Conrad receives a visit from a previous patient who simply wants him to provide medical care. Devon encounters Marco, who says he has a condition that accelerates ageing. On her first day with the twins alone, Padma is overwhelmed. Raja anticipates Conrad will improve him. Conrad and Cade organise a nighttime meal with Gigi. Conrad fears Raja might be suffering from meningitis. A spinal hardward from the operation he underwent eight years earlier is discovered jutting out. When AJ phones Padma to check in, he observes that she is stressed. Raja stopped attending his cancer treatment, they learn Raja has a brain infection that begins to ooze out, according to Billie’s examination of his brain throughout the surgery. Billie explains to Conrad how frequently people deny things, and how she can identify with this. Conrad asks AJ to carry out a delicate procedure. When Padma checks in with Leela, she is incredibly overwhelmed. Conrad approaches Raja’s fiancée to obtain her opinion on the matter. She was unaware of a lot of his personal affairs. Leela lies about how well she believes Padma is doing when AJ confides in her about Padma because he is frightened. As the babies continued to cry, Padma called the doctor, assuming something was wrong and hoping she had a good excuse to bring them in. Irving admits to Devon that he fears dying, but that his fear was put into perspective when Jessica nearly passed away. Knowing that Marco has been utilising chemotherapy medications, Devon and Irving What happened to Marco is explained. He offers to conduct a clinical trial to aid with Devon’s ageing process and offers to pay for it and any other projects Devon requests. Bell came back Both Leela and Devon appear to be rethinking their attitudes toward having children, with Leela maybe wanting them and Devon discovering he doesn’t. When AJ arrives at Padma’s, the house is in disarray. While Padma is in the bathroom, the babies are sound asleep. She sobs uncontrollably when she sees AJ.
