A Quick Recap of “CHAOS AGENT” (SEASON 7, EPISODE 10)
The Mid-Wilshire station goes through a lot of trouble in the tenth episode of Season 7, which is called “Chaos Agent.” Officer Aaron Thorsen (Tru Valentino) has to catch a raccoon that got out of its cage and is running around the station, which adds a funny touch to the chaos. Officer Celina Juarez, played by Lisseth Chavez, helps Rodge, played by Zander Hawley, get back his stolen music gear, which starts a romance subplot.
As Officers John Nolan and Lucy Chen look into the stabbing deaths of three girls in a nearby park, the story becomes darker. The investigation shows that two of the girls planned to attack the third girl with the help of an AI chatbot that becomes obsessed with Nolan. At the same time, the station is taking care of a group of prisoners who are temporarily staying at Mid-Wilshire because of a riot at their own prison, problems caused by a computer system failure and a power failure that followed.
Officer Lucy Chen starts to doubt her rookie, Seth Ridley (Patrick Keleher), and thinks he might be lying about having cancer. It confirms her worries when she learns that Seth’s oncologist has had problems with discipline in the past. When asked, Seth refuses a blood test to confirm his condition. He is then fired from the police department, but not before threatening to sue the department.
UPDATES AND CHARACTER DEVELOPMENTS
The relationship between Officers Tim Bradford and Lucy Chen, who fans affectionately call “Chenford,” has been at the center of the show the whole time. Their relationship has been through a lot, including breaking up at the end of Season 6. In spite of the breakup, feelings still exist, which means that they could get back together in future episodes.
A New Bad Guy on the Way?
Seth’s departure in Episode 10 makes it seem like he might come back as a bad guy. Because he is angry and wants to get even, he could be a dangerous enemy, especially for Lucy. Fans of the show are already seeing similarities between Seth and past bad guys like Rosalind Dyer and Caleb. This makes future episodes more important.
Celina’s New Love Story
Mid-Wilshire is a mess, but Celina Juarez (Lisseth Chavez) keeps doing well at work and in her personal life. It was shown in Episode 10 that she is dating musician Rodge (Zander Hawley), so fans can expect to see more of their relationship grow. The story of Celina’s journey as a P2 officer and her new love interest are interesting additions.
