“The Simpsons” will return for its 34th season with an episode that was somewhat influenced by the Netflix documentary “Don’t F**k with Cats.” The show is the longest-running primetime sitcom in television history and was renewed through Season 34 in 2021. The program has won 34 Emmy Awards over the course of its run. It continues to promise many firsts after more than three decades on television. The most thrilling aspect of Halloween will likely be the two “Treehouse of Horror” episodes, along with Homer losing hair and Millhouse getting contact lenses. The show’s 750th episode will also air during this season. Bart will celebrate his 10th birthday for the 33rd time, so certain things will undoubtedly remain the same.
