Tracker Season 1 Episode 3 Recap
The third episode of Tracker, called “Springland,” is about another mysterious missing person case that involves the dark secrets of a small town and Colter Shaw (Justin Hartley). What happened in this exciting part is summed up below:
At the beginning of the show, Colter is told that a valuable old car case is missing and that someone can claim it as a reward. He meets Keira, a woman who is looking for her missing sister Mia, at a diner where they are both having breakfast. Keira thinks that Mia’s absence has something to do with the town’s powerful Winslow family.
Even though people told Colter to stay away, he started looking into it. He finds a camera in the woods near where Mia was last seen and learns that Matt Winslow, a local climber, may have been involved with Mia. Matt tells her that Mia suddenly left him, but he didn’t know where she was.
Colter finds out that the Winslow family has been sued in the past, and Mia was a witness in one of the cases. It turns out that Matt’s mother planned Mia’s death to protect the family’s business interests. This leads to a fight where the truth is finally told.
Keira chooses to fix up her van as a way to honor Mia’s memory. At the same time, Carter calls Colter and tells him that their brother Russell killed their father and has since disappeared.
