Continuing from the previous episode, Zac is unhappy about being imprisoned and is moving backward and forwards while doing so. He assumes Fatima is joking when she mentions bailing Zac out of jail, but she is serious. Are they laying the groundwork for the Zatima spinoff’s story? Perhaps. As Calvin is shown images of his wild night, Maurice and Que become friends. Following Calvin’s departure, Maurice and Que share a laugh and become closer as Maurice grows comfortable with Que staying at his house. Then, Aaron makes a stop at the salon to return Karen’s keys, which he discovered in her couch. However, they aren’t actually Karen’s keys after all. One more fist in the face.
Then Bayo, Sabrina’s African prince, reappears and pays her a visit at the almost empty bank. He ultimately answers her question about why he never revealed his status as a prince with some profoundly emotive, ideal Black guy speak. Although this connection initially appeared a little forced, it is now beginning to take a wonderful turn. Y Sabrina and Bayo as a pair now. To reach Zach, Jake calls the legal company and asks for Fatima, but instead finds up speaking with Andi. Andi discovers Jake and Gary collaborate, which raises some questions. Preston also comes at Zach’s house at the same time as Jake does in search of Zach. In order to find out about Zac’s whereabouts, Jake persuades Preston to call Danni, which causes Jake and Danni to have another awkward interaction.
A lot of flirtation and a dinner date follow Danni running into Logan, the covert detective, at the airport earlier. Later on in the episode, Robin informs Andi that Zac will be released from prison as a result of some connections he made. We find out that Hayden has accessed a government database in the same moment. Later, we learn that he is watching a video of Zac at the airport. Gary and Aaron reconcile for the first time in a long near the episode’s conclusion. Gary reveals once more that he has been obsessively observing Andi through his telescope. He openly discloses his entire scheme including the gifts. Aaron finally calms the agitated and on the verge of disintegrating Dude, but for how long?
