When will The Sandman be available to stream on Netflix, and at what time?

The release date for The Sandman is drawing closer.  Fans will be delighted to learn that one of the greatest comic novels ever will receive its first live-action adaptation this week. A comic book series published by DC Comics with the same name ran from 1989 to 1996 and was written by Neil Gaiman and drawn and colored by a number of different artists. Tom Sturridge, a former Sweetbitter actor, will play Dream, also known as Morpheus, the Lord of the Dreaming. Dream’s efforts to retake his throne are now available to binge-watch after many years since the story Neil Gaiman’s official release.

Netflix has announced that The Sandman will be available to stream beginning on Friday, August 5, 2022, at 3 a.m. Eastern Time (12 a.m. Pacific Time). The streaming service will, as is their custom, release all of the episodes at the same time. Fans have the option of watching the series instantly in a single sitting, sometimes known as binge watching, or watching it on their own time.

The Sandman will consist of ten episodes, each of which will tell a unique tale set within the Sandman universe while still relating to a larger storyline. If the show follows the formula that Netflix typically employs for its dramas, then the running time of each episode will most likely be close to an hour.
